I really liked this movie. It didn’t try too hard to be different or over-the-top. It stays true to their style and makes a great addition to the original story. The acting was also solid, with Cailee Spaeny delivering as the lead, but David Jonsson’s performance as the android “brother” was the standout for me. The practical effects, lighting, and set design felt like a perfect tribute to the original movies. If you’re a fan of the first two Alien films, this one’s for you!
