I have enjoyed watching this film. Though, in the final segment, I couldn’t help but notice when Emily takes Ruth’s pulse using her thumb along the pulse line—there’s a bit of a slip here. Since the thumb has its own pulse, Emily would only end up feeling her own heartbeat, not Ruth’s. This little mistake actually makes a lot of sense given Emily’s lack of medical background and the non-medical setting. It’s a realistic touch that really shows her inexperience and adds to the authenticity of the scene.
